The history of the Local Area - by pupils

In 1983, pupils at Newbattle High School worked with staff and the community to publish a Local History magazine called Neubottil - Newbattle that involved detailed research into the history of the parish of Newbattle and the surrounding area. The magazine has now been scanned in and is available in full on this website
