How can I get support from Y2Kplus+ ?
Young people can refer themselves for support from Y2Kplus+ by speaking to the Y2Kplus+ Team Leader via phone, email or text.
Other agencies or professionals can who have identified a young person they feel would benefit from the Y2Kplus+ service can get in touch with the Y2Kplus+ Team Leader who will discuss the enquiry.
A meeting will be arranged between the young person and a Y2Kplus+ worker and at this meeting both parties will decide what sort of support is required and how it will continue.
